Looking for ARC readers!

Hello! Hope you are all well, life has been incredibly busy with family and getting through numerous illnesses but steadily writing. As spring is finally here, I am really excited to talk about two new bilingual Cantonese books coming soon!

The Magic Porridge Pot 魔法煲 and Oh No, Monty! 唔好呀!

The Magic Porridge Pot was one my eldest's favourite stories and we have had fun writing it and putting our Asian spin on things! Congee was and still is a household favourite and although I have cooked it so many times, the kids remind me that 婆婆 po4 po4's congee is the best!

You probably have noticed a certain dog featuring in a few of our books - Monty! Monty is our beloved pooch, a Jack Russell and although he is small, he makes up in personality! It was definitely time that he had a book all about himself! My girls were the reason why I started writing books all these years ago and it has been a blessing seeing them grow up with Monty.

Looking for ARC Readers!

You maybe wondering what is an ARC reader? An ARC (Advanced Review Copy) reader is a person who receives a pre-published copy of a book. They may also be referred to as “early reviewers.”

Your reviews mean a lot and helps others too. Both books will come with Jyutping romanization, written in spoken colloquial Cantonese and free audiobook. As a family learning Cantonese it was frustrating not having such resources available and when I published my first book back in 2020 it was something I wanted to help. Since then I am really happy to see more books and resources focusing on spoken Cantonese.

What's in it for me?

You may be asking, in return for your time to read and leave an honest review you will get a FREE digital copy of the book(s)!

Requirements

Need to be able to leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads.

If you would like to get your free ARC copy of either book, please fill out the form below and we will get in touch with you soon.
